We assist people both in their homes and in residential assisted living. In both settings we offer assistance with ADL’s and IADL’s, 24 hour care, promoting independence and individuality.

For many seniors the desire to remain in their own home is paramount, for others assisted living provides just the right level of care. We offer what is needed to flourish and triumph in their new phase of life.

Both the Home care and Assisted living are licensed by the state of Maryland, we work with our counties senior service programs and hospice programs.

Supportive Home Care Services

These are examples of the primary services offered, please reach out with specific questions regarding additional care options. This type of care is provided by unlicensed paraprofessionals such as caregivers, home health aides, companions and CNA’s. Our agency has RN oversight and direction. Each individual is unique with certain routines and schedules, a care plan is developed collaboratively to tailor your preferences and meet your needs.

For our Medicaid population we can hire your family to assist you in the home if desired.

Assisted Living

Endearment is a beautiful residential assisted living, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, on a quiet street. Our home is a large brick two story house with an expansive front porch to relax on nice days. It has hard wood floors throughout, we offer 7 bedrooms, one shared; 4 full bathrooms and an elevator for better accessibility.
We provide the same services as larger assisted living centers such as:

Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and transferring).
All the major instrumental activities of daily living.
24 hour staffing
3 meals a day with snacks and an open kitchen.
Assistance to primary care appointments.
